This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data collected through the NemBharat platform (wemway.com) and physical basecamps operated by World Economic Mobility Limited (WEML). Traveler Credentials: Full legal name, official email address, mobile number, permanent residential jurisdiction, passport / government ID details.

High-Altitude Medical Telemetry: Resting cardiovascular metrics, altitude tolerance history, allergy profiles, blood type, and emergency contact details evaluated exclusively by certified expedition medical officers.

Real-Time Satellite Coordinates: During active field deployments, satellite beacons transmit GPS waypoint data at regular intervals to our Munsiyari Base Station for emergency search and rescue (SAR) monitoring.

Technical System Telemetry: Anonymized server logs, browser user-agent signatures, and session cookies ensuring platform defense against unauthorized automated querying.

Storage Protocols & Information Defense
All booking requests and identity documents are stored in AES-256 encrypted relational databases. Access is strictly partitioned using role-based authentication restricted to the authorized WEML Expedition Jury and Medical Directorate. Personal traveler dossiers are archived for a maximum of 24 months post-expedition, after which identifying records are cryptographically purged.
